In far 2007, for a meeting our city (I live in the small city of Penza!) cycling club, did the first my slide show - about Paris-Brest. Now it can be not so actual and it is not so interesting, but... nostalgie.

Having come to be for 3000км from the house, one in the unfamiliar country, got tired after 700км and completely demoralised - we receive the HELP from ABSOLUTELY UNFAMILIAR FRENCH PEOPLE:

And I wish to tell, that to me Paris-Brest was remembered neither a rain, nor a cold, fine landscapes, and that the bicycle culture at you in the country is integrated into consciousness of people: people respect and rejoice to bicyclists passing by. And for me it is simply amazing, it is awesome.. it is OUTSTANDING!

P.S. My friend who wrote down the contact address of the person which has helped us - has lost its contact requisites..
I hope, to see these people in 2011.

Is very glad to hear it!. In the case, please, tell to the man "in a black shirt", that their help is not forgotten also we will necessarily return to thank for the help. 2007.. It was 3 years ago (!).. As quickly! In year 2007 I have opened for the first time for myself, that such "brevets" and to tell on-truth - I was not ready to Paris-Brest-Paris. Absolutely! ))
For the past 3 years very many have changed (saved up serious experience, first of all) and now I precisely know, that I'am ready.
